The program includes gentle yoga sessions, guided stretching, breathwork, and time by the ocean. There is plenty of space to walk along coastal paths, enjoy quiet moments, or connect with others in a relaxed, informal atmosphere. Meals are light, seasonal, and designed to support energy and well-being. This retreat is ideal if you’re feeling overwhelmed, mentally tired, or simply craving a few days of calm by the sea.
